i am currently working on a Maya - Endorphine Integration Project and watched even therefore this free online Tutorial

I am having some really big issues exporting that skeleton from Maya 2012 as an .fbx file.
I figured out that i have to change the FBX Version inside Maya from 2012 to 2010 or 2009 ( see Pic 1 ) so Endorphine can read the .fbx file. so far so good. Well i tried to import that skeleton as an so called REFERENCE CHARACTER in Endorphine 2.5.2. but still failed. ( see Pic 2)
It somehow imports meanwhile that Skeleton. but in a crazy Pose ( as you can see in the pic 3 )
I guess only a few people work with Endorphine. But maybe someone has experiences with the .fbx file settting, 'cause i guess that’s where the Problem lies.
What am i still doing wrong ?
