prob - character's hands become cross

Hi everybody,

I’m trying to use a character from MAYA 8.5 in Motion Builder. I used the naming system and the characterized came out fine. I what to use the animations in the samples - motions folders, the problem is when I tell the character to take it’s input from the skeleton the handes become croosed, other than that it works fine (legs, ect).
When I made the skeleton in MAYA I didn’t do any duplicating or mirroring so I don’t know whats worng :frowning:

Does anyone have an idea?

Ok, I figured it out - the reason the hands became cross was that the figure wasn’t modal in T position, but with it’s hands beside his body. After I put his arms in T pose, the characterize procces want fine.
