Prismacolor markers

Sorry to open a new thread but the old one is closed.
I’m trying to get the Prismacolor markers and palette that is shown at the bottom of page 3 in this thread.
Unfortunately the link is dead and I don’t think the guy who posted that link is still around.
Does anyone have theses brushes and palette?

I located these in the Painter Brushes folder under the main Painter/Brushes/ Painter Brushes. What I am having issues with is the marker itself. When I select one of the markers it makes very opaque marks even though opacity shows 24%. I nned the markers to show that transparent mark effect. I set the layer to either Gel or multiply and I am not seeing what I need to see.

Thoughts?
