preset of sculpy material ?

here is a link of a skin material that looks very like clay sculpy ( its a beast model below hellboy)

i’ve been trying hard to acheive the effect but in vain :frowning:
i’d like to know if there is any ready preset of this material setting that i can find or anyone
know the settings of it that can share here.

That was a mixture of a diffuse/spec/sss map and material settings (SSS etc) if I remember correctly.
