Premiere - Audio Problems

I’m having a recurring problem rendering long proyects in adobe premiere. The audio mutes for a second or two in several places along the track, randomly. The only workaround I have found is to let it playback completely inside premiere, and then render the video.

I’m working with premiere CS4, made tests in several machines, with different proyects, no luck so far.
