Power Effect

Hi guys i was hopeing some one in here can help me create this effect in high res for a prerender cg model i’m working on. If anyone know of a way to create that effect please tell me or if you know of a tut i can use that will help me create it for a high res 3d models please post it thanks.

man your question is strainge, cuz this effect depends on your creativity and imagination, and about the effect it self well it need alot of work and layers, i sagust to learn more about combustion.

why not try to using particule effects with combustion;render your model in high res after add two particules one defined as fire and other for electric
or use paint operator to create same effect with glow
