Hihihihihi Aggie!

Congrats on the website, Ines. If you need any sort of websitey help, I do… kind of a lot of that. Doesn’t really show in my own site (I got a job and haven’t felt the need to update it in awhile), but if you run into any stumbling blocks, let me know.

And I like paperclip’s version of suing. I think I may take that up, as I feel it would be in line with my Jewish heritage. All the old biddies at my synagogue used to complain about this and that and the other… on and on…

Good afternoon everyone! I’m very excited because today after work I’m taking off to drive (yes I hate airplanes more than anything else) to New Mexico from Ohio. Its about 1700 miles and I’m doing it straight through
The really good news is I don’t have to be back at work till the 5th of Jan!!

In case I don’t have a chance to get on here for awhile, have a great Christmas and a fantastic New Year.

Awesome Velk! Have a great trip and a safe and happy holiday!

Cheers,

~Rk

Hi gang!
Just thought to post some gadgets sitting around here that would be collecting dust if not in their boxes:D…
At least their existence might be appreciated and justified more in this forum

#16758

Good lord man, you’re nuts. Best of luck with that.

So, I have a question for you guys…someone on the Anat Forum brought up the possibility of moving the forum up one level so that it resides on the general Work in Progress and Critique forum instead of where it currently is: WIP/Critique: 2D, Illustrations and Concept Art

~ the person who posed the question thought it might be a good idea because it would make the forum non 2D~specific, and would open it up to more 3D Artists A.) finding and B.) posting their work in the forum. Additionally the move would just make the Anat Forum easier to find in general.

I’m just thinking out loud and appreciate your guys’ feedback:

Pros:

Greater visibility for the Anatomy Forum, and increased likeliness the people will find and post work to the forum ~ both 2D and 3D artists.

2D and 3D artists will get to interact with one another. Since tools like ZBrush are blurring the distinction between 2D and 3D, maybe it’s about time something like this happened.

Cons:

The move would open the forum to the greater risk of trolling / random people stopping by and posting useless comments on peoples’ threads.

The increased visibility of the forum might discourage beginners from posting.

What do you guys think?

Cheers,
