Post Here Your Plugins

Hi guys!
we are proud to announce our new plugin “Distributed Rendering”.

DR is a very simple plugin to distribute the rendering of a single image, even at high resolution such as A4 or A3, on more computers, Mac and/or Windows with Cinema 4D or Net Render Client installed

The increase of speed rendering time is awesome: some minutes against a lot of hours on one single computer.

This plugin follows the C4Dzone philosophy for developing Cinema 4D add-on: Fast and Easy! In the web there are a lot of plugins that create creepers but you surprise yourselves to see how Easy Ivy is easy and fast to use.

Easy Ivy can be used with all rendering engine as Vray.

The procedure for making creepers is very simple, it starts with laying roots on a poly object with the first internal tool Root Painter and after covering them with the Leaves Tool.

Easy Ivy will also generate automatically UVW aligned map of the final model.

The plugin bundles includes a set of leaves and material ready to use but you can expand it with your models.

Cinema4D and system requirement:
-Cinema4D release 13
-OSX Snow Leopard and Lion
-Windows 7 32/64 bit

EasyIvy is available on C4Dzone shopping at 19,00 + VAT

The article:

EasyNet is a Cinema 4D plugin developed in order to help user to create net or grid with the automatic sweeping of splines generated by the software.

Thanks to EasyNet the final result will be absolutely realistic and you don’t have to use material and texture with alpha channel anymore to build 3D net object.

The plugin works with all editions of Cinema 4D R13/14 (Prime, Broadcast, Visualize, Studio) and with all cinema 4D compatible engine renderers (V-Ray etc).

The procedure to create net is very easy and based on 3 steps:

  1. Mark the corners of your net by clicking on the ground object with Point on surface tool. For each click the plugin will create a null support object.

  2. Select all null objects just created and call the Build Spline Support tool in order to create the spline cage support. You can choose the dimensions of the cage and the details of the net design pattern.

  3. Select all the splines created in the step before and call one of the three Make Cage tools in order to build your final net.

You can choose between one of the following net types Horizontal net pattern Vertical net pattern Hexagonal Honeycomb net pattern.

Each net can be drawn with all spline types: Linear, Cubic, B-Spline, Akima, Bezier. Thanks to its versatilty EasyNet can be used together with Mograph or Cinema 4D standard cloner or just with your homemade design pattern.

Drive plugin, i always use it for my work. Reproducing and simulation car crashes. The best!

I think you will be banned, that link looks pretty shady to me, and promoting illegal downloads is a no no.

Easy Cloud is a Cinema 4D plugin developed in order to help user to create and animate clouds with a few simple clicks.

The plugin’s working principle is very simple:

  1. create and animate your polygonal object
  2. activate the cloud baker tool within easy cloud
  3. rebuild your cloud scene with the “Build Cloud Scene” tool

The plugin is available on C4Dzone store at the price of 22.00 Euros + VAT

A plugin with features I have been longing for:
Super Source Falloff:

Now you can use any geometry (even animated with deformers) as a volume falloff in effectors and deformers. You can even define geometry as inner and outer selection.
A plugin which feels like it is part of c4d, and for 20$ I didn´t have to think twice

Introducing SymMorphy, a new tool for your arsenal.

When you need to create morphs by hand on a polygonal mesh (that is, using mesh editing tools rather than deformers and other procedural methods), the one area that proves most frustrating is replicating the changes so carefully made on one side of the mesh onto the other side. While a Symmetry Object could be used, it may cause incompatibilities if the mesh and changes are to be exported for use in other applications such as Poser, DazStudio, other 3D editing software, or as game content which may require that the vertex order remain untouched. This makes use of the Symmetry Object all but out of the question.

SymMorphy uses a plugin tag so that you can have it specifically on the polygon object for continual morph mirroring. With it, you store the unaltered mesh vertices so that you always have a clean slate to start from and SymMorphy has a base from which to determine the ‘morphed’ vertices of interest for each morph you create. Morphs are mirrored across one of the three coordinate planes relative to the polygon object and can be automatically added to a Cinema 4D Morph Deformer tag (R13 version only).

If you’d like to see what it does and if it is something you would find useful, please check out these two video tutorials (youtube) at this page on my website:

Lost a Point solves two Cinema 4D frustrating situations:

  1. You can use a selected point of a points cloud, during P2P modelling, as coordinates reference in the orthogonal views and make new points at the same coordinates, this feature infact is bugged on the frontal view of R14 and is very important for P2P modelling techniques.

  2. Now you can add points that lie along the axis without Zoomming In or Zooming out the viewport or otherwise you have to place the points in a Zig Zag way and adjust them later on.

Thanks to Lost a Point you can easily and quickly trace your references. It works with spline and poly objects.

In order to use correctly this tool the selected object must have Axis coordinates set to (0,0,0) and shouldn’t have Rotation or Scale transformation.

The plugin is available for free in our plugin shopping section*:

Burn Alert is a Cinema 4D R13/14 plugin that helps user during lighting calibration finding the burned regions of rendering.
Usually during this operation the user have to find the overexposed area by hand watching where are the white pixels, but when you are near to the correct balance it’s difficoult to find the difference between white pixels and pixels under the light gray limit color (rgb 242,242,242).

Burn Alert make a test and with mathematical precision show you a White / Black mask and a Burn Indicator to understand easy what are the lights to correct.
The principle of use it’s very easy:

  • Setup your rendering output image file
  • Launch a rendering
  • Only the first time you open a new project scene file select with the Burn Alert Settings button what is the rendering output file (plugin stores always the last file choosen)
  • At the end of each rendering click on Burn Alert Test to make the Burn Test
When the plugin will show you a black mask and you are satisfied with the ligthing in general of your scene you can procede to texturing and shading.

Thanks to its design you can use this tool also with all Cinema 4D compatible render engines (Maxwell Render, Vray etc etc)

You can download it for free at our plugin section on the store

Power Cloner is a R13/14 Cinema 4D plugin that implements a totally new concept of cloner tool.
Thanks to its design and flexibility it can be used with success in many fields from Motion Graphics to Architectural design.
The usual limit of the other standard cloner systems is the ability to position and control each single cloned elements. Normally you can position the clones on a surface by selecting a few options like vertex position, surface position, tag selection etc etc. but sometimes it is not so flexible.
So we thinked that joining the power of a Ray tracing system with a cloning system could be a new way of thinking cloner…and this is what we have done.
The principle of use is very easy:

  • use an object and Rays Emitter and project the rays on a polygon
  • you can also control the focus of rays thanks to another object
  • each ray that collides with the polygon becomes a cloned object
  • you can clone any kind of object
You can use our two special emitter objects called Planar Projector and Dome Projector or you can use all the objects of Cinema 4D that are based on Polygon or Spline (Cube, Sphere, Cylinder, Polygon, Arc, Rectangle, Nside, Spline etc etc)
Of course we have integrated a lot of options to give you the possibility to control the rays and change clones position, rotation, scale and much more.
We have also implemented a target modifier that attracts the attention of cloned objects depending on the distance between target object and cloned object.
Within the plugin bundle it is included also a Spline Cloner that has got the same main powerfull features of the Power Cloner

Power Cloner is available at our plugin section store at price of 35,00 euro + VAT

Fold It is a Cinema 4D plugin that help users to fold polygonal sheets and create quickly folding/unfolding and pop up effects.

The plugin’s working principle is very simple:

  1. Imagine you want to fold a paper sheet
  2. Take a polygonal sheet and place it on the plane XZ
  3. With the knife tool or other modeling tools engrave the sheet in such a way as to obtain the polygon’s edges in correspondence of the folds of the paper
  4. select the edges to fold and the polygonal area that you have to fold
  5. call the Add Fold tool, an arrow indicating the direction of the fold will be created
  6. set the proper size of the arrow and arrange it according to the desired orientation for folding sheet
  7. repeat this process for all the folds you want to obtain
  8. according to the priority of folding adjust the fold object hierarchy
  9. select the polygonal sheet and call the make joint command, the arrows will be made invisible for any future changes and in their place a joint skeleton will be generated already rigged and weighed ready to be animated using the appropriate controller created by default

You can enjoy yourselves to create popup effects, fold and unfold objects etc etc.

It is a very useful tool for those who make motion graphics or who need to animate quickly and in a nice way the packaging of some boxes of products

For proper operation of the plugin and the automatic weighing of the joints do not cross fold edges

The plugin works with all editions of Cinema 4D R13/14/15 (Prime, Broadcast, Visualize, Studio) and with all cinema 4D compatible engine renderers (V-Ray etc).

Cinema4D and system requirements:
-Cinema4D Version 13/14/15
-OSX Snow Leopard or greater
-Windows 7 32/64 bit or greater

Fold It is available at our plugin section store at price of 19,00 euro + VAT

Easy Chesterfield is a Cinema 4D plugin that helps user to create Chesterfield effects for pillows, couches, sofas and similar. The principle of use is very simple:

  1. Model your pillow using a quadrangular mesh by matching the center of the folds with the vertices of the mesh
  2. Select them
  3. Press “Create Chesterfield” button, the plugin will modify automatically the object hierarchy and create a chesterfield parametric object. By changing its properties you can change in real time the appearance of Chesterfield.

Within the plugin you find a button cloner tool, if you need you can clone your custom button and place it automatically over the fold centers.
The button will be cloned according to its Z axis position, see video guide below for more information.

The plugin does not require the Mograph module and it’s compatible with all Cinema 4D editions (Prime, Broadcast, Visualize, Studio) and it’s compatible with the principal render engines (Vray, Maxwell etc etc).

You can download it for free at our plugin shopping section:
Cinema4D and system requirements:
-Cinema4D release R13/14/15
-OSX Snow Leopard or greater
-Windows 7 32/64 bit or greater
