I’m self taught as well, mechanical hard surface modeling is my passion. The more complex the subject the better. Now this critique is probably not what you would want to hear. So from that perspective these models are simple boring, low poly shaded objects I’m afraid. Well firstly If you intend on progressing further I’d suggest choosing between the DCC applications listed on your main folio portal, basically the app you’re most comfortable working with. Learning two 3D modelling solutions side by side is from experience inefficient, actually hinders building a knowledge base assuming you’re thinking of in the medium term perhaps a CG oriented career path. Try introducing some complexity, begin to explore the parameters both artistically and technically, there’s also an interest in middleware scripting I think? Contrary to popular belief competency not only requires a honed artistic sensibility but I believe in order to become a well rounded artisan one must also gain some technical attribute. Anyways hopefully my comments are read as an honest appraisal, offered in the spirit requested.
Cheers.
