Im no art director, just a lowly fellow artist just like you, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.
But if i were you, I would change a few things. They seem “abit wrong”.
First, either hide the names of pictures, or put some proper ones. White kitchen1 (even without space) doesn’t look like a presentation title, rather its work file name.
Second, it seems you are “lacking” of different content to put. This “lacking” can be understood in two ways. one, you don’t have enough different projects to put into 3 or 4 or whatever lines of 3, this means you need 9/12/15 different projects; two, if you follow three pics per project, then your kitchen lacks one picture, stairs lack two picture etc etc, you get the jist.
Third, the little things like show more showing 1 more, not exactly a more youd expect. your facebook link is very close to wix bar. While wix bar is not your doing, but im sure you could put in an extra line or two between it and facebook. Maybe that way it would look more connected with your contacts.
As for pdf, imho its stronger than website mostly because it shows a big and beautiful picture from the start. Given that art directors usually skim throu your submissions in just few seconds having a full image from the start is a rather good thing.
Thou it has the same “problem” of too little to show so you try to mask the quantity by just putting different angles or objects. Im particularly talking about house and kitchen. While kitchen is different enough in those two shots house/other side of house with a hanger/hanger itself - isn’t. I’d just leave one side of the house(page 2) and (maybe) the hanger(if you are really proud of it, plus would try to play abit with shot composition to show it in “new” light). If you still feel that you want an other house side shot, then i’d suggest to just make two house pictures. one that focuses more on the brown side of the house, while second picture focuses more on white side of the house(hanger can be main…er? focus here), something like 5th page.
As for the question about hiring, if i had arch viz firm i’d give you a chance. you know your programs well enough and you would get the hang of composition and what to focus on in the working process.
Once again, take it with grain of salt and gl on landing that job
