Polygons suddenly is at another place after going up a division level

As the long title says, I’ve been sculpting a human body and just focusing on the body first and I went down to the lowest divsion level and worked myself upwards, but when I got to lvl 3 something strange happened. The polygons around her mouth seems to move way down under her and inside her, images under. is this because I used polygroups or? and is there an easy way of fixing this? You can see it go all the way down to her private place.

maybe a bug
make sure all mask is cleared.

try tool>Make polymesh 3D
then tool>geometry>Reconstruct subdiv

I had saved an older mesh so I just projected the new one on. There was some artifacts but it worked for me.

look next to the project all button >Dist <slider
that should help the artifacts

you can all so store morph target and try and remove the artifacts
or mask the area that is causing a problem and the mask wont project
