please help to know if a computer I found is a good choice?

I’m searching for a refurbished computer, for photoshop use, and so far I have found one which is a:
HP DC7600 Ultra slim Pentium 4, 3.0GHz, 1Gb DDR2, 80Gb Sata, DVD-ROM

Would, this be suitable with the onboard graphics card?

Whats your budget? I wouldnt pay a penny for such a machine, you can find better computers being thrown away in office clear outs. The machine specs look about 14 years old, modern software likely wont even run on such a machine.

It would run an older version of Photoshop like CS2 on Windows XP. Like they said, I wouldn’t pay much for it if anything.
