Does anyone else experience this?
Try changing the pie menu that is defaulted to Alt-Q to ‘small icons’ through the form editor (it will be called ‘Selection and Transforms’ under Pie Menus). Close modo and open it again. Has the pie reverted back to the prior settings (large)?
This was previously reported in another thread. For now, you’ll need to hand-edit your config file to change the form’s IconSize tag from large to small.

the work around for this is to duplicate the alt-q marking menu…and then assign that to the alt-q hotkey.
seems the default pie menus are not overwritten when you save your preferences.
