Physx and mobu

Hi alls, I’m trying to enable the physx solver in mobu 2012 x64 sp2 but I just can’t.
I’ve already downloaded the physx drivers form nvidia and restarted the pc with no results.
Any idea?
My config is a 540M video card … maybe the “optimum” tech is the problem?
