In the environment channel you need to throw panorama .HDR or .EXR formats.Tga,bmp,jpg,png,tiff and etc. 8bit/color not recomended. In short, it is very similar to the shader Marmoset Toolbag 2, the principle of operation is almost the same:

Albedo, NormalMap(y+), Glossiness, AmbientOcclusionMap, HDR Reflection, Conserve Energy, Blinn
