Photoshop plugin for texture synthesis

Is there a Photoshop plugin for synthesizing textures? I’m hoping for something similar to Gimp’s “texturize” filter, which creates a new texture by seamlesly replicating a sample image.

Don’t forget about PixPlant, it has both a standalone and a Photoshop plugin. It does a good job creating seamless tiles of your textures.
