photoshop cc stopped working

im using core i3 530 2.93 ghz , 32 bit ultimate
galaxy geforce 610 2 gb graphic card
when i was working in text extrude part in photoshop cc ,
il get the msg that im not having enough ram ,then few minutes lates ,
il get a message that photoshop cc is stopped working
im having 4gb ram
i found below msg in event viewer ?
anyway to slove this
my graphic card is fully updated
