Pen Tilt issue

It seems like Photoshop CS4 does work properly with Pen Tilt.

Here is the test to show how tilt isn’t recognized:

I turned off all brush variables and tested the “Roundness Jitter” with both “Pen Tilt” and “Pen Pressure”

You will see the resulting pen stroke with the Tilt on the left column and Pressure on the right column.

You will see how it works with Pressure but not with Tilt. Upon closer inspection you will see that in fact there IS a slight change in the roundess with the Tilt but enough to be meaningful. For some reason Photoshop isn’t picking up the tilt or at least translating it into anything effective.

Is this a known problem or am I the unlucky few that is dealing with this issue?

I am using CS4 11.01 with Intuos4 6.1.2-4 drivers on Windows 7.
