pc shops in London suggestions

Hello a friend of mine is studying art in London and needs a laptop for the dorm without breaking the bank.
I suggested 15" with ips / pls displaysn
I found a sony one with the IPS but amazon uk does not seem to have it.
I’d appreciate any suggestions on physical shops in London area with good prices.
