Particles LOOP

Hi,

1.I need to loop particles of a quite long animation. How I make the end frame same as start frame?
2.The particles are in full effect after frame 20. How can I use this frame as a start frame (frame nr 1)?

any hint very,very much appreciated.

I think there is no link in the first 10 pages of google search that I did not look at. I would really appreciate it if you could sent me a specific link answering the loop part of my question because I am just about to delete the particles from my animation; Is using nparticles a solution?
