can anyone tell me how to use the particle system in AM

or point me in the direction of a good tutorial regarding AMs particle system?

By far the best tutorial I have seen is this video by Shaun Freeman. It`s a large file but well worth the download.

nothings wrong with that

i just seemed to be having trouble getting the thing to work

but it seems to work fine after i change the render type

if you have the manual (perk) check the exercise 16: “Smoke, wind and fire” ":slight_smile:
if you are doing animations while using particles your computer becomes slower, only turn off the particles ( Shift + 8) so when you finished turn they on (Shift + 8 again)to see them, I hope it helps, greetings!!..Sorry my bad English:eek:
