Particle Studio from Digimation

Hello, I recently found out that Particle Studio seems suit my needs in the particle world.
However I downloaded the trial version, but that didit work very well with my max 2009.
( It seems like it only works on version 9 and below).
Does anyone know if there will be an update/ new version to this program.?
If so, when?
Any info will be much apprechiated.

Particle Studio is an ANCIENT plug-in developed by Oleg Bayborodin about 10 years ago, before he was hired to write Particle Flow for Autodesk. This is a question you should ask either Digimation or Orbaz. How could anyone here know the answer?

If it works on Max 9, it probably works with Max 2008 too. If you are on Subscription, Autodesk now lets you use 3 versions back even if you never purchased them, so you are allowed to install and use Max 8, 9 and 2008.
