particle collide event triggers emitter emission

Hi,

 Now I want to setup two emitters, emitter_01 shoots particles to geometry when those particle die or collide, trigger emitter_02 emission. I have some problem of transferring the collide info from particle to emitter_02, since collide or death on particle are per-particle based. Have someone already done something similar? 
 
 Any replay or hint are appreciated.
