This time the image took an hour to paint with 0 overlays and lineart. The only thing I use from the original photo is the color palette. Yes I know the hairs are not finished … I concentrate on volumes and color of the face.

The hair is a bit flat - hair should have at least 3 colors - dark, medium, and highlight. You have no highlights, you need to use an almost white to pick them out for her hair.
