like the title says, painter 11 crashes when running photoshop cs4 simutanuesly.
Wondering if anyone have the same problem? I like switching between the 2 of them often so it gets a bit tiring to restart each program every time…

yes ofcourse…sorry
using a laptop: intel core2duo, 2 gig ram, nvidia 8600mgt video card running on windows 7 64 bit.
I guess windows 7 might be the problem, as I didn’t have it in vista 32 bit…
You’re trying to do too much with too little. Windows takes up nearly 1 GB of memory, Painter needs at least 1 Gb ram (more like 2 GB), Photoshop needs another 1Gb (recommended), plus the size of the graphic in each program, plus any background programs you may have running like antivirus, email, etc.
Beginning to get the idea? Try increasing your memory to at least 4GB or stop trying to do too much with too little.
Do you have a Wacom tablet? If so try updating to the latest driver. There was a bug in a previous driver that made Painter crash when opening another program.
