ozone 5 PLE and max 2012 not working

I recently took the plunge to max 2012 and vray 2
I downloaded Ozone 5 PLE to see what it could do. But it refuses to start. I get the message:
“ozone.dlb not intialized”
Support at eon is hard to find.
Any advice?

Reading this page a bit more carefully tells me that Ozone 5 only works with max up to edition 2011

Terragen seems to do decent skies.
