I am currently heading a games design studio startup. This is a serious project to found a games design studio and produce high quality commercial titles.
Overview
Fizix Studios is a new games design company that has been working for some months now at creating a commercial quality RPG. Due to the titles early stages and the potentially impending issues with publishing I cannot discuss the game itself (as in script) with people who are not employed by Fizix Studios.
The team
Currently we have a small team that includes graphics (2D & 3D), scriptwriters and programmers. We do mix our jobs where possible and all have input into the games script. This does not mean you will be expected to do the same, but flexibility is available for staff if they want it.
Current Progress
So far we have portions of the games script completed, along with some character, location and event details and designs. The product is still in its early stages.
Publishing
We have not secured a publishing contract yet due to the early stages of development, however when enough material is produced for it to be viable to seek out a puslihing contract we will be doing so. We will be seeking out a publishing contract with mainstream publishers.
Payment
Payment will be decided at a later date. For example, if we get a funded publishing contract (most desirable) then staff will be paid when finances are arranged with the publisher.
If we get a standard publishing contract then work will be unpaid until the game is released. In which case payment will be arranged at that point.
As this is a startup there is the risk that a publishing deal will not be attained causing the project fall over. However there is no reason for this to happen if the team formed is dedicated and talented. Therefore we only ask for people who are serious and are willing to put in hard work to apply.

3D Artists (modellers) low and high poly
Texture artists
Animators
2D Artists
Concept Artists
For the creation of game graphics including characters, clothing, locations & other objects and FMV production.
The next staffing requirements may be a little inappropriate for this forum but I shall list them in case there is anyone fitting who reads this.
Programmers experienced in C++ with direct-X knowledge. Preferably with some games design experience, but not essential.
