Orientation Problem

hi,

 i am fresher rigging artist at a small company. there i used a script for rig, there the script writer left the job, i couldnt contact him. there i used to get 2 types of character one is T pose and another one is 45 degree pose. in the T pose character the script work and there is no problem but in the 45 degree character, i got orientation problem on the wrist control. plz tell me how to fix the problem without breaking the rig............

thanks in advanced…and i m ready to mail the script and the character…
