Old metal

Hi everyone,
This has probably been asked a million times but I’m after an old looking metal material but one that isn’t rusty or corroded. Just like antique - i.e patina.

Can anyone help or suggest a good tutorial, I’ve been looking but not found anything suitable.

I’m using 3dsmax 7 and have VRay or Mental Ray.
