old/dirty run down environments

There are a lot of ready-made architectural interiors and exteriors from companies like Evermotion and Crystal CG, but they are usually ultra modern art-like scenes. If one finds any other, they are usually low poly for games. I either construct my own or modify the ones out there, but I’m wondering if people know of anyone who produces higher quality run down realistic environments…interior and exterior. Things that look more like real life than places that look like from the pages of Modern Architecture.
