I have an obj file with a very detailed texture map. I want to see if I can run it through Zbrush and lower the resolution so I can use it for a game character. Forget about a game character at this point. My computer is so weak that I need a low poly character if I hope to animate. I want to animate with a detailed, low poly, normal baked obj.
I have watched more than one Digital Tutors pertaining to Maya/Zbrush pipelines and they all tell me poly paint to paint the textures and then export a fancy Zbrush texture map. I can and will get what I want, but I am looking at a lot of work repainting a texture map with poly paint.
