Now the question does not match the title. Furnace degrain seems better
than simple-if you have furnace installed. As for tracking a specific mark
adding it as user track should do. If you have problems with autotracking copy
the animation from a 2d tracker( i’m now refering to your previous question).

We have an updated “denoise” node in the menu: Filter > Denoise which replaced the old furnace ones. This does a pretty good job at degrain & denoise with a little tweaking.
