I did a huge number of nparticle simulation and instance it. When it comes to viewport 2.0 it seems to be transparent. I set all the project to be done in viewport render.
nparticle instancer is transparent in viewport 2.0

Are you using ShaderFXshader + MAYA 2016 or before?
ShaderFXshader won’t work with instancer in MAYA 2016.
It works fine in MAYA 2017 though.
