ROFL, Spirit Dreamer, I hear you.
Iām certainly not going to dictate the way in which you paint
but Iām just old~fashioned I guess.
Plus, Iāve just had it drilled into me for years the phrase āthe computer canāt do everything for youā and Iāve heard people talk about being able to recognize certain Photoshop filters in Digital Artwork, which is sort of a no~no. But, youāre using them in a far more sophisticated way than your average user, and youāre certainly not letting the tools do everything for you ~ however, in the beginning stages of your images, the distortion caused by the filters is a bit less interesting (at least to me) than a ādrawnā line ~ but thatās only my personal feeling.
Youāre doing great work, as you know, Spirit Dreamer ~ donāt get me wrong.
Your pieces always turn out looking quite realistic, without being over~rendered, which I like. Where I can see the remnants of the filters, I am slightly less enthusiastic ~ but, as I say, itās a personal opinion, and subjective.
Cheers,
