good idea
- I think though that the winner’s thread should be kept up to date for those who don’t visit often and it got stuck in the past…
nope…
So I will have to be a bit more creative…
Maybe announce the vote on the CGS Facebook page.
Isnt that a mistake? How will the majority of people know about the voting? Is the Facebook page that frequented?
Cheers!
I am trying to see what I can to to announce the Vote…
I am open for ideas. (so please post yours)
Maybe a PM chain to the participants, announcing the vote.

Wouldnt it be a better idea not to plug the inital announcement, but the voting instead?! I mean, most people who are participating keep track of the forum and challenges anyways, so that will probably work fine internally. But the voting, which is also the main showcase, I would definitely keep as the main plug, since that usually does generate more general interest, I am guessing, and at least to my eyes would appear to be the much more important event to announce.
Cheers!
That is an GREAT IDEA…We will do just that.

Plug on the vote makes the most sense but just curious, why will there only be 1 plug? Was there a problem announcing the start and the vote?
I agree that the voting is the most important of the plugs since it shows the final products and gets people involved / informed. However, could you not also include a section at the top which mentions when the next challenge will start and what the topic will be?
