Hey guys!! I usually not that interested in ‘Game Development’, Im more of a 2D artists.
anyway what I wanted to know is, If I have a 3D game and I want to cut of a mesh or an object from that game, is it posible?? and if any 3D program can open that mesh or object??

You mean you want to extract the mesh from the game so that you can use it? It depends what game it is, some games are a lot easier to get the assets from. Some games actually have lots of game assets in the public domain already - the best place to go is the game mod sites.
