No sound when importing .MPG

Hello,

I am using AE CS4, and my problem is that when I import the .MPG files recorded with my Sony SR62, they are muted in AE. It also doesn’t shows the waveform in the timeline.

It’s weird because I made another composition some time ago wich I used some videos recorded with the camera, but it had sound.

Any idea what happened?
