No Disk Error

Hey all. Having an issue opening up an FBX. It is saved on my C:, but when I try to open it, a popup comes up saying:

“There is no disk in teh drive. Please insert a disk into drive/Device/Harddisk3/DR3.”

I have never seen this error before. I sent the file to a couple friends, and they can open it with no problem on their end. Any suggestions?

Another thing, I have to go into the task manager to kill motionbuilder afterwards too, the popup won’t just close out on cancel.
