I’d put these three in the top finishers. Ryan Quakenbush, Marco Bauriedel and Bence Kresz.

I like the mood of the piece.

I would have to make a very hard decision to choose between SamsonsReaper, Keating and kbarts.
Orverall very nice entries.

With all due respect to all of who participate on this challenge, I think SamsonsReaper would be the winner.

I like MarkyG too, Kbarts… I don´t know, there´re very cool mattes over here, hehe.

1:Keating : great story in this, very mysterious and i love it that you mixed in alot of colours

2:inlakechh: the colours and details are really well done, nice panoramic image

3:Bechira :Very nice soft light, hehe abit too much lotr-esque

4:MarkyG : i really like the mood here

everyone: great work! i hope you all had a great time learning and painting.

I think the following stand out above the rest:

  1. Inlakechh

  2. Marky G

  3. Samsons Reaper

  4. Keating

  5. Bechira

The real world, that’s what happened :slight_smile: working 24/7. I still wouldn’t mind digging it out some day, i was going to give it a nice cam projection. One moment, i’ll dig it out and post it up…

Looking through my wip folder i’ve lost the original psd, bugger :frowning: Though i found a quicktime pan that i did, not too cracking but worthy :slight_smile:

  1. SamsonsReaper (most convincing matte painting)
  2. Keating (nice mood and photo element detail)
