I agree they should have been prepared. It’s not like they didn’t know there was a big buzz. They’ve been talking about how big a buzz they were generating for weeks.

Then at 4p they’re like, oh gee, we didn’t know THAT many people were going to watch.

I’ve said this before about Newtek. If I ran my company the way they run Newtek, I would have been out of business years ago. My clients wouldn’t tolerate not making a broadcast deadline. That would be the last job I would ever have.
