So the new Tek Jansen:episode 6, will be airing tonight/Wednesday, Jan 10 on the Comedy Central cable show, and posted Thursday on the internet at http://www.colbertnation.com/cn/tekjansen.php
Why do I care? I worked on it. It’s limited animation, unfortunately, but heck, you guys adore The Simpsons, so give us, little, underpaid animators a break. It just wasn’t in the budget of schedule for us to get any more done. We already got no sleep as it was.
I did animation, and John and Glenn did the layout and some animation, since they’ve worked on all of the others, and this was my first shot on this particular job.

For my WIP/Better Angels project , I’m working on finishing the baboon models. The textures were finished but not applied just before I started working on the Tek Jansen animation. The wire frames are done initially in nurbs, so I’ll post those inital surfaces with the wireframes fairly soon, and of course, I’ll post that info here.
If you have any comments about any of my other work, besides the Tek Jansen animation, of course all constructive criticism is welcome.
