For everyone intersted or involved in programming we have started a new community at http://www.splinecage.com to help advance the development of plugins for animation and visual effects software.
This community was originally developed for NewTek Lightwave, but we have since had many requests to open it up to all CG applications (including DXF, Messiah, Etc.) So in an effort to make the masses happy. I welcome your feedback.
Over the next day we will be restructuring the forums to accomodate more applications in a logical format. If you want to see something, post it here, at splinecage.com in the suggestions forum, or shoot an email to admin@splinecage.com.
