Network rendering problem

Greetings. I’ve a question having to do with network rendering with 3ds Max.
Recently I’ve completed a project where I had to convert several vehicle models from Vray and Brazil set ups to a Mental Ray set up.
When I open the models I still get the message…

“Missing dll: VRender60.dlr - VRayMap”

Not a problem for me working and rendering on my local machine… but the client needs to render the scenes on site and over the network. They get the same message… and the render will not go through.

Can anybody shine some light on this issue.

I think you’re going to have to go through your scene and clear out any place that a VRayMap is being used. The easiest way I can think of to track these down is to open your Material/Map browser, select ‘Scene’, and make sure root-only is off. Locate the materials that are still using a VRayMap and clear those map slots. Good luck.
