i was modelling a car and 3dsmax get crashed and closed. then i start again and tried to open the model of can and i get error but only with that model. i can open other models can draw new thing but cant open this file. when i try open it i get crash and 3ds max close again its says these files is crashed or something “3dsmax_minidump.dmp dmpuserinfo.xml dumpdata.zip”. is anyone know how can i fix it i was modelling for hours this is the error i get then i try to open file .

Check the Autobackup file in:
C:\Users<YourName>\OneDrive*\Documents\3dsMax\autoback
then open the latest one of the 3 (by default). If it isn’t any of the 3, you’ve lost it.
You should incrementally save 3ds max after every “milestone”. There is even a + icon in the save dialogue to increment the save by one number. This is especially important with larger scenes that take a while to save because if your are saving and there is a power-cut/error etc, that save will get corrupted.
