Need Help regarding compositing

:rolleyes: I have a 6 second scene(with different takes and shot ofcouse) in which actor(half nude) is thrown into a acid drum and he comes out with burned fleshes of face and body area ( actor have chroma paint on face, shoulder and stomach area as you can see in this video -
http://vimeo.com/19618819 , i need your help to get real outcome, to make burned flesh on acid affected area what would you suggest ? how can i make burned flesh more realistic and how should i track chroma points ?

p.s. I am using after effects for this particular scene.

I think it is best to reshoot the scene and use some VFX makeup like this:

If you cannot reshoot, try to track in Mocha and composite as shown in the tutorials below.

But with all the smoke in your scene this will be very hard to do and the green does not help you at all. So seriously better re-shoot and use make-up.
