Need help in my drawing

hi people, i am a newbie to art and Photoshop. I need help in ‘smoothening’ my work. I done it using colour pencils, and there are alot of white spots in the picture. May I know how do I get rid of the spots and smoothen the texture of the hand in Photoshop?:slight_smile:

Ni hao,
Select areas using the eyedropper tool and then use an airbrush at low opacity over similarly colored areas, this should smoothen it out quite a bit.
