Need help finding a plugin

I am looking for a plugin the will allow an object in one layer to be pressed up against an object in another. An example would be the pressing of a pickguard against a guitar’s body or shoe laces against a shoe. If you know of a plugin that sounds remotely close to this description, please let me know.
