Hi 3d peoples!
First: I need to convert VRay mats to standard mats of 3dmax.
Second: I need to convert 3d max file to Maya and others formats correcctly.
Does anybody know such plugins?

Vray provides a script for converting all scene materials TO Vray. So what you could actually do is: duplicate their script, see what they are doing to convert materials to vray, edit/re-write the maxscript to do the opposite (this will ensure you are back converting the materials properly)
The script is “vrayutils.ms” located in maxroot\scripts\startup.
It’s a hefty script (with many other commands in it), but you’ll need to look at the functions:
mtlsToVRay
createVRayMtl
then in the case statement you’ll only need StandardMaterial (their conversion does all material types into vray type; you’ll only need to convert back to standard)
which points to the function: convertFrom_Standard
**EDIT: I just realized this is the plugins/add-ons forum (not maxscript/sdk) so speak up if you need more help/direction
hmmm… its interesting idea.
but problem is that i’m not so good in scripts like you guys.
Kinda of an odd thing you have going on there, since most 3rd party shaders are way more advanced than standard materials, my guess you not going to get anything close to looking the same. Especially if you are using reflections as vray does not support standard raytrace you are going to have to rebuild all of you materials again. If you just want to replace them so they are clear from the scene, which is what I assume you want to do then…
There is a script for what you want to do, I have never used it, I cant tell you any specifics about it so YMMV

As for the scene conversion export as FBX again YMMV
