So in Maya 2013 I have an ncloth and nConstraint>point2surface constraint and a passive body collider. The animation in the trax editor and the simulation work perfectly. I don’t think this issue is Trax or character set related.
The problem is that when I go to Modify> Evaluate Nodes and turn off all the dynamics boxes the timeline starts to freak out if I try to scrub. I even clicked off all the enable boxes for each dynamics node but that doesn’t change the behaviour. So I’m kinda stuck as is and there is no way to fix this problem except to turn all the dynamics back on and everything works fine again but of course the timeline is still an issue with dynamics running like that.
Are there other things running in the background too?
