Someone have good results on recreate the appearance of this? I only able to do the bed sheet. See attachments

You could use the model you have for the duvet, clone it, scale it up slightly, make it ncloth. Use the original as a collision object, and play with your settings on the outer shell to make it wrinkle.

I do that but the problem is the compenetration of the two shape, self collision don’t help. I’m trying to explain.
The main “Duvet” i created is a patch of planeShape, duplicated MEsh/combine. Extrude that. The extrusion create inside extrusion on the border edges of the planes. This is good for me because the Seams i want. But when i duplicate and scale, the inside seams compenetrated with the main nCloth Duvet(duvet inside).
Oh the illumination. I put inside the patched areas, the cube smoothed/combine and nClothed, with Pressure only on the inside shapes. Maybe it run well.
You can always just make a simple duvet without the seams modeled instead of a clone, which will be cleaner. If the seamed object is a collision and the outer ncloth is a smoothed rectangle it will work fine… you may need to play with the collision offsets, substeps, etc.
You dont need to use them as one object. But it may create good results with just selfcollison.
So let me Understanding. I can modelling the seams with a bevel or move the vertex/edge?
